Job Responsibilities:

  • Sales and Business Development:
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities to generate sales and expand the customer
    base.
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
  • Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities.
  • Customer Relationship Management:
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
  • Understand customer needs and provide tailored solutions to meet their requirements.
  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service and support.
  • Sales Presentations and Negotiations:
  • Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals to prospective clients.
  • Negotiate terms and conditions to close sales deals successfully.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth order processing and delivery.
  • Prepare Quotation and proposal as per necessity of clients.
  • Reporting and Analysis:
  • Monitor and report on sales performance, including sales forecasts and pipeline
    management.
  • Provide regular updates on sales activities and market insights.
  • Utilize lead squared software to track and manage customer interactions and sales data.
