What are the delivery charges?
Delivery charges with Upaya Fulfillment are Rs. 100 for deliveries inside Kathmandu Valley and for deliveries outside the valley it starts at Rs 150. Contact the Upaya team for a full pricing breakdown based on your order volume.
Is there any pickup charges?
Pickup is free for registered Upaya vendors — our rider partner comes to your location to collect packages at no additional charge. Individual senders who are not registered vendors can drop off packages at the nearest Upaya branch office. To get free pickup, register as a vendor through the contact form on this page.
How does COD Settlement work?
Upaya offers twice-daily COD settlement which is one of the fastest settlement cycles among delivery partners in Nepal. Registered vendors can request COD settlement up to two times per day directly through Upaya’s system, and funds are transferred accordingly. This means you do not have to wait days or weeks for your collected cash, keeping your business cash flow healthy even with high COD order volumes.
How to register as a vendor and start delivering with Upaya
To register as a vendor with Upaya Fulfillment, fill out the KYC form through the contact form on this page. Our sales team will then create your account and user access, after which you can begin placing pickup orders immediately. Training on the Upaya platform is provided as part of onboarding at no additional cost.

How to track orders?
Every Upaya shipment is assigned a tracking number and buyer receive an SMS with a real-time tracking link. Buyers can click the link to see their parcel’s current status and estimated delivery time. Registered vendors can also monitor all active, delivered, and pending orders in one place through Upaya’s seller dashboard, giving you full visibility across your entire order volume.
