Location: Upaya Fulfillment, Pepsicola, Kathmandu

Job Description:

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a QR Follow-Up Intern.
The primary responsibility of the intern will be to ensure the proper tracking and management of QR
standees assigned to merchants by following up & confirming their current locations. This role offers
exposure to order placement, order tracking, reporting, merchant coordination, data entry, and process
improvement within a dynamic logistics environment

Key Responsibilities:

1. Conduct daily follow-ups with merchants to confirm the locations of QR Standees..
2. Maintain and update accurate records of merchant responses and QR locations in the database.
3. Coordinate with the internal team to resolve any discrepancies or issues related to QR standees..
4. Assist in documenting QR standees assignment and tracking processes.
5. Provide regular reports on follow-up progress and unresolved cases to the supervisor.
6. Ensure timely and professional communication with merchants to maintain strong relationships.
7. Prepare a daily report on the number of deliveries per day per location.
8. Identify opportunities for process improvement in QR tracking and provide suggestions to the
   team

Requirements:

1. Bachelor’s degree (ongoing or completed) in Management, Logistics, or a related field.
2. Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Nepali and English.
3. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
4. Ability to handle repetitive tasks with consistency and accuracy.
5. Proficient in MS Office applications, especially Excel.
6. A proactive mindset with the ability to manage time effectively and meet deadlines
