Project Coordinator – Business Operations.

Location: Thapagau, Kathmandu

We are seeking a Project Coordinator to support our DELIVERED (Sri Lanka Operations). The role will be based at our Head Office in Kathmandu and will work closely with teams in Nepal and Sri Lanka to ensure seamless coordination, successful project execution, and continuous operational improvement. The position requires occasional travel to Sri Lanka to gain operational insights, collaborate with stakeholders, and support business initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Serve as the primary coordination point between our Nepal and Sri Lanka teams, ensuring effective communication and alignment.
• Coordinate with cross-functional stakeholders to support business objectives and project deliverables.
• Manage project timelines, monitor progress, identify risks, and ensure timely completion of key milestones.
• Support technology implementation projects by gathering business requirements, coordinating User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and working closely with technical teams.
• Coordinate billing, financial reconciliation, and payment follow-ups in collaboration with the Finance team.
• Organize and facilitate onboarding, operational, and system training sessions.
• Collaborate with Operations, FTL, Contractual Logistics, and other internal teams to improve processes and enhance operational efficiency.
• Prepare project reports, dashboards, meeting minutes, and management updates.
• Identify opportunities for process improvement and recommend practical solutions to enhance operational performance.

What We Are Looking For

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Operations, Project Management, or a related field. An MBA is an advantage.
• Minimum 2-3+ years of professional experience in project coordination, operations, business coordination, or stakeholder management.
• Strong project coordination and organizational skills.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication abilities.
• Experience working across multiple teams and managing competing priorities.
• Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving capabilities.
• Understanding of financial coordination and reconciliation processes.
• Experience in technology implementation, ERP/UAT, or operational process improvement will be an added advantage.
• Ability to facilitate training and knowledge-sharing sessions.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
• Willingness to travel to Sri Lanka on an occasional basis.
