I had to stop my studies after SLC and +2, leaving many of my dreams unfinished. Hoping to change my future, I went to Malaysia believing hard work would make everything better. But life didn’t go the way I had imagined.

I returned home, gathered courage, and tried again abroad, until COVID suddenly stopped everything. Once again, I had to start over.

With little money in my pocket, I came back to Kathmandu, bought a bicycle, and started working as a food delivery rider. Every day, I rode through unfamiliar streets, learning every alley and every turn while slowly rebuilding my confidence and my life.

Then one of my friends introduced me to Upaya, and that moment changed everything for me. Today, I have been working as an ODMU rider at Upaya for the past four years.

Every delivery I make reminds me that no matter how many times life pushes you back, you can always find a way to move forward again.
