Learning and Development Specialist

Purpose of Position: The Learning and Development Specialist will be responsible for developing, implementing, and evaluating training programs to elevate the proficiency and effectiveness of our riders and drivers. This role demands a proactive individual with robust organizational skills, meticulous attention to detail, and adeptness in collaboration with diverse stakeholders. 

Job Description:

  • Develop, implement and deliver comprehensive training content for riders and drivers to enhance their skills and performance.
  • Ensure the relevance and engagement of all training materials. 
  • Conduct thorough onboarding sessions for newly onboarded riders and drivers, ensuring a seamless integration into their roles. 
  • Organize monthly skill development training sessions for riders and drivers. 
  • Perform KYC/KYV assessments for rider and driver verification processes. 
  • Update waiver forms to maintain compliance with regulations and company policies. 
  • Design and facilitate onboarding sessions and skill development training regularly. 
  • Draft notifications for riders and drivers regarding important updates, events or changes. 
  • Develop KPIs for monthly performance recognition of riders and drivers. 
  • Manage incentive programs specifically designed for female riders. 
  • Oversee administrative tasks related to training, including documentation and report generation. 
  • Develop and deliver training materials tailored to the needs of riders and drivers outside the valley. 
  • Update training curriculum to ensure relevance and effectiveness.
  • Prepare comprehensive reports on training activities and outcomes. 
  • Address and resolve issues related to the driver app system. 
  • Collaborate with the development team for app content updates.
  • Collaborate with external partners for various initiatives and projects.
  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training initiatives, implementing corrective actions as necessary. 
  • Conduct online TOT sessions for staffs outside the valley 

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Management, Social Science, or related field.  
  • Prior experience in learning and development, training or related fields. 
  • Strong organizational and project management skills. 
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. 
  • Willingness to travel outside the valley independently for delivering training.
