Learning and Development Associate
Purpose of Position: The Learning and Development Associate will be responsible for coordinating training initiatives and operational processes to enhance the skills, knowledge and performance of our riders and drivers.
Job Description:
- Develop, update and facilitate training for On Demand/Mero Upaya (ODMU) to align with evolving needs and best practices.
- Follow up with riders/drivers via calls to obtain beneficiary reports, ensuring accurate documentation.
- Prepare training materials such as assessments, waiver forms, KYC/KYC documents uptodate.
- Assist rider/driver in app registration processes for Upaya, Khalti and Viber platforms.
- Collect beneficiary details for training attendance and compliance purposes.
- Facilitate the onboarding process for new riders and drivers, providing guidance and support.
- Conduct post training tests to assess riders/drivers understanding.
- Prepare and send daily reports to management for review and tracking.
- Check post training test results and record them for documentation and evaluation purposes.
- Record beneficiary profiles and conduct periodic cleanup to ensure data accuracy.
- Update dashboard profiles for riders and drivers with relevant training and compliance information.
- Update the master file with attendance records and training outcomes.
- Address issues related to rider and driver behavior, providing support and guidance as needed.
- Communicate directly with driver partners and rider partners if/when required to resolve issues or provide assistance.
- Compare income data of rider partner and driver partner to identify opportunities for improvement
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in education, human resources or a related field.
- Previous experience in learning and development, training or a related area preferred.
- Strong organizational and project management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
