Roles and Responsibilities
- Handle Customer Inquiries efficiently and professionally
- Provide excellent customer services and ensure positive interactions
- Provide reliable and accurate information about the company and its product and services offers.
- Recognize and pursue opportunities to cross-sell and/or promote value-added products and services.
- Issues identified during client interaction to resolution
- Escalate issues to supervisors.
Requirements:
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to handle customer inquiries and complaints in a professional manner
- Experience working in a call center or customer service environment
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
- Strong problem-solving and multitasking skills
- Proficiency in using computer and phone systems
- Bachelor Degree
