Roles and Responsibilities

  • Handle Customer Inquiries efficiently and professionally
  • Provide excellent customer services and ensure positive interactions
  • Provide reliable and accurate information about the company and its product and services offers.
  • Recognize and pursue opportunities to cross-sell and/or promote value-added products and services.
  • Issues identified during client interaction to resolution
  • Escalate issues to supervisors.

Requirements:

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to handle customer inquiries and complaints in a professional manner
  • Experience working in a call center or customer service environment
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
  • Strong problem-solving and multitasking skills
  • Proficiency in using computer and phone systems
  • Bachelor Degree
