Human Resource – Specialist
● Assist in the recruitment process, including job postings, resume screening, and scheduling interviews.
● Coordinate new employee onboarding, including the preparation of orientation materials and facilitating orientation sessions.
● Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, ensuring compliance with confidentiality and data protection policies.
● Prepare and process HR documentation, such as employment contracts, offer letters, and other related paperwork.
● Act as a point of contact for employees regarding HR-related inquiries and issues.
● Assist in resolving conflicts and promoting a positive workplace culture.
● Stay updated on employment laws and regulations to ensure company compliance.
● Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures
● Assist in the development and implementation of HR information system
● Create KRA, KPA and KPI’s and conduct quarterly performance appraisal
● Analyze the appraisal results to propose action plan
● Lead the payroll process
● Create HR analytics report and introduce new metrics
● Handle all phases of the recruitment and selection process and actively
● Develop new recruitment tools
● Oversee the employee onboarding
● Assist in new policy development and ensure proper implementation
● Ensure proper departmental documentation
● Develop and implement new ideas for employee engagement
● Handle grievances of employees and ensure timely issue resolution
● Contribute to team effort for better departmental performance
● Master’s degree preferred
● Min 2 years of experience in the Human resource field.
● Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
● Sound knowledge of labor law.
● Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
● Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and HRIS software.
