Job Description:

• Monitor and ensure the timely collection of Proof of Delivery (POD) documents.
• Follow up with branches to address any discrepancies in POD collection.
• Identify and resolve missing or incorrect POD records.
• Generate statements along with the corresponding PODs.
• Highlight and report any inconsistencies or missing documents.
• “Provide customers with a detailed statement and corresponding PODs for verification.
• Address any customer concerns or disputes regarding deliveries and payments.”
• “Ensure timely recovery of outstanding payments from customers.
• Maintain records of collections and follow up on due amounts.”
