Location: Upaya Fulfillment, Pepsicola, Kathmandu

Duration: 3 months (Extendable based on the company’s needs)

Job Description:

We are seeking a detail oriented and organized individual to join our team as a Logistics Intern. The candidate
will have the exposure to various aspects of inventory management, order fulfillment, data entry, follow ups,
documentation, quality assurance, reporting, and process improvement within our logistics operations.


● Inventory Management: Assist in receiving, storing, and organizing inventory items. Conduct regular
inventory counts and reconcile discrepancies.
● Order Fulfillment: Prepare orders for shipment, including picking, packing, and labeling. Coordinate with
delivery partners for timely delivery.
● Data Entry: Input package details, inventory records, and other logistics related data into our tracking
systems accurately and efficiently.
● Follow Ups: Communicate with clients, customers and delivery partners to ensure on time delivery of
goods. Follow up on outstanding orders and shipments.
● Documentation: Assist in preparing returns, mid-mile and last mile documents, paperwork, and invoices as
required for proper logistic record keeping
● Quality Assurance: Assist in performing quality checks on incoming and outgoing shipments to ensure
accuracy and compliance with quality standards.
● Reporting: Assist in compiling and analyzing logistics data to generate reports on key performance
indicators such as on time delivery, inventory turnover, transportation costs,etc
● Process Improvement: Identify opportunities to streamline logistics processes, reduce costs, and improve
efficiency. Implement approved process improvements under supervision.
● Any additional or ad hoc responsibilities assigned by the immediate supervisor


● Completed secondary education program or currently enrolled in undergraduate in any field, preferably on
Supply Chain Management.
● Detail Oriented with strong organizational skills.
● Ability to work effectively in a fast paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
● Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate with cross functional teams.
● Willingness to learn and take on new challenges in a dynamic work environment


● Get paid while gaining practical experience in the day-to-day operations of logistics within a social
