Job Description
We are looking for Lead- Sales to generate leads, and build and nurture client relationships amongst other tasks listed below.
- Develop and implement new sales initiatives, strategies and programs to capture key demographics
- Develop appropriate sales strategy for different segments
- Achieve Monthly, Quarterly, and Yearly Sales Targets
- Geographical planning and targeting for better client/lead management
- Identify additional Upaya target segments and potential clients
- Devise Proper follow-up plans and strategies – meeting and phone calls
- Manage/Conduct any sales campaigns
- Design and implement a strategic sales plan that expands the company’s customer base and ensure its strong presence
- Oversee all the sales activities in Kathmandu as well as outside Kathmandu - management of the given team/resources
- Below Line Marketing - Visit various stores/shops/companies to onboard/win clients
- Meet with customers to discuss their evolving needs and to assess the quality of our company's relationship with them
- Generate leads, and build and nurture client relationships
- Present sales, revenue and expenses reports and realistic forecasts and targets to the Director- Sales
- Identify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new products and competition status
- Manage ad hoc nature of work
