Key Responsibilities:
Vision Alignment:
Ensure alignment of Upaya's vision and mission within the region.
Foster a shared understanding of the company's goals among team members.
Team Management:
Lead and manage teams within the region effectively.
Provide guidance, coaching, and mentorship to team members.
Vertical Alignment:
Collaborate with vertical heads to ensure synergy and alignment across all business functions.
Demand and Supply Management:
Manage, match, and retain the demand and supply of products and services within the region.
Revenue and Target Achievement:
Work diligently to accomplish revenue targets and objectives for the region.
Operational Oversight:
Monitor, plan, and execute operational activities within designated branches.
Coordinate with headquarters for centralized sales and supply team operations.
Learning and Development:
Act as a regional head for learning and development initiatives, ensuring continuous growth and skill
enhancement within the region for both team and associated Rider and Driver Partners
Business Expansion:
Identify and explore potential business opportunities and expansion strategies within the region.
3Cs Leadership:
Lead the region with a focus on Control, Compliance, and Clarity to maintain operational efficiency and
adherence to company policies.
Job Specification
Bachelor's degree in business management or a related field; Master's degree preferred.
Proven 2-3 experience in regional management and operations,
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities.
Strategic thinking and problem-solving capabilities.
Results-oriented mindset with a track record of achieving targets.
Familiarity with Logistics industry is a plus.
