Human Resource – Specialist
Location: Thapagau, Anamnagar
Overview:
The Human Resource Specialist will oversee end-to-end HR operations, including recruitment,
onboarding, employee relations, performance management, payroll, compliance, employee
engagement, and exit management. This role requires strong leadership, organizational skills,
and the ability to foster a positive workplace culture while ensuring compliance with labor laws
and company policies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage recruitment activities: job postings, resume screening, interviews, and documentation.
- Coordinate employee onboarding and orientation programs.
- Maintain accurate employee records and ensure compliance with labor laws and data protection.
- Prepare HR documentation, including contracts, offer letters, and policies.
- Act as a point of contact for HR inquiries, grievances, and conflict resolution.
- Implement HR policies, procedures, & HRIS systems and develop new policies on an as needed basis.
- Create KRAs, KPAs, and KPIs, and conduct quarterly performance appraisals.
- Analyze appraisal results and propose improvement plans.
- Create and conduct an annual training calendar for related stakeholders.
- Lead payroll processing and ensure accuracy.
- Generate HR analytics reports and introduce new metrics.
- Develop employee engagement initiatives to strengthen workplace culture.
- Oversee exit process management: conduct exit interviews, manage documentation, financial clearances, and handover procedures
Qualifications:
- Master’s degree preferred; Bachelor’s degree required.
- Must have a minimum of 2 years’ experience.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Sound knowledge of labor law and HR compliance.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Zoho Workspace and HRIS software.
- Demonstrated ability to lead a team effectively.
